Privacy

This site is run by Shorecraft Rentals LLC. We collect only what we need to take and manage your reservation, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email, phone number, billing address, stay dates, number of guests and any notes you send.
• Payment details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We see only the card brand and last four digits.
• When you email us: what you choose to tell us.

How we use it

• To confirm and run your stay: confirmations, arrival details, door codes, and questions during your stay.
• To keep the tax and accounting records Maryland and Worcester County require.
• We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes payments and may use cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
• Resend delivers our booking emails.
• Our cleaning team gets your check-in and checkout dates and party size, never your payment details.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Messages are kept while they are useful for your stay or a future one.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information (except records we must keep for taxes) by emailing rentals@shorecraft.biz.
