Whatever brings you to Ocean City, 17th Street puts you in the middle of it. The beach and boardwalk are a five minute walk, the Inlet festivals are a stroll down the boardwalk, and the convention center is a quick drive up Coastal Highway.

May
Boardwalk Rock
Rock on the beach by the Inlet. After the last set, walk the boardwalk back to your own place instead of hunting for a ride.
June
Ocean City Air Show
Jets over the ocean right off downtown. Grab a spot on the beach a short walk from 17th Street and look up.
July
Fourth of July
Fireworks over the beach downtown. Walk down the boardwalk, watch the show, walk home. No parking, no traffic.
August
White Marlin Open
The world's largest billfish tournament weighs in every evening at Harbour Island, 14th Street and the bay, three blocks from our door.
September
Sunfest
Ocean City's classic fall festival at the Inlet: crafts, food and live music, easy to reach on foot, by bike or on the bus.
Late September
Oceans Calling
The big fall music festival on the beach by the Inlet. Walk down the boardwalk and skip the festival parking entirely.
Early October
Country Calling
Country music on the beach by the Inlet. Bring the whole crew: each condo sleeps 8, and you can book both sides of the duplex.

Cheer, dance and convention weekends
Ocean City stays busy all winter with cheerleading and dance competitions, home and garden shows and conventions at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, just a six minute drive from 17th Street.
Traveling with another family? Book both condos. They sit side by side in the same duplex, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 8, so two families (or a whole team's worth of parents) can stay right across from each other and share the weekend.
